Brickfield Rangers have made a top class signing as they bid to finish the season with an Ardal North East title challenge.
Manager Gareth Wilson has signed goal-getter supreme Tom Freeman from fellow ANE club Chirk AAA.
The 30-year-old Freeman has been a star performer for Chirk throughout the current season despite the club’s struggle against relegation, netting 21 goals in 22 matches.
Freeman was formerly a prolific marksman for the now defunct Chirk Town and had previous spells with Gresford Athletic and Chirk AAA.
Brickfield are currently third in Ardal North East and with nine games to play look well poised to challenge for the league championship.
