Men’s and women’s Welsh Cup semi-final details confirmed

The venues for this season’s JD Welsh Cup and Bute Energy Welsh Cup semi-finals have been confirmed, along with dates, kick-off times and live broadcast details. 

Park Avenue in Aberystwyth Town will host three of the four ties, starting with JD Welsh Cup holders Connah’s Quay Nomads against Llanelli Town on Saturday 15 March (KO 12:30). This match will be live on S4C and Sgorio’s online platforms. 

There will then be a double header at Park Avenue on Sunday 16 March, starting with Cambrian United v The New Saints in the JD Welsh Cup (KO 12:45) followed by The New Saints v Cardiff City in the Bute Energy Welsh Cup (KO 16:30). Both of these games will be available to watch live on Sgorio’s online platforms and your smart TV. 

The other Bute Energy Welsh Cup semi-final between Wrexham and Pontypridd United will take place at Latham Park in Newtown on Sunday 16 March (14:00). Highlights from this match will be available to watch online and Sgorio’s Monday night highlights programme on S4C. 

There will be no advance ticket sales for the semi-finals. All tickets can be bought on the gate, with full details to be confirmed.
