Nantlle Vale have been removed from the third-tier Ardal Northern League Cup competition after fielding an ineligible player in their round 2 victory at NFA.
The tie, played on February 1, finished 2-2 so went to penalties with Vale coming out on top 3-2.
However, the Ardal Northern League has confirmed Nantlle have been expelled from the cup for fielding a player not eligible to play in the match.
As a result, NFA are reinstated and now join seven other teams in the quarter-finals.
Four last eight ties will be played this Saturday, namely
Kerry v Porthmadog
Llannefydd v Radnor Valley
NFA v Brickfield Rangers
Trearddur Bay v Bow Street
