Six of the best for a Llysfaen side which celebrated a first win under new manager James Sweetman.

Matty Cash scored the only goal of the first half, but the visitors took total command after the break, Josh Roberts, Ashley Black, Sam Rogerson, Ben Rawlinson and new signing Colin Sargerson all on target.

Winning boss Sweetman said: “The lads were brilliant today, first half we had the chances to be out of sight but found ourselves only 1-0 up after a well timed move from Ash setting Mikey up for a rocket.

“Second half we came out all guns blazing, bagged the 2nd and the 3rd and it was the end of a Blue Bridge revival.

“We moved the ball around well today and that ultimately helped us kill the game off – well done lads!”

No stopping this one! Picture: PAUL EDWARDS

Cash was named man of the match.

This was one of only two games played in the league on Saturday due to the extreme weather.
