Bethesda Athletic of the North Wales Coast West Premier Division, plus Lex XI and Mynydd Isa of the North East Wales Premier will all play hosts in round three.
Bethesda will welcome tier 3 Pwllheli to Parc Meurig, Lex XI, conquerors of CPD Y Rhyl 1879 on Saturday, will entertain Llanidloes Town of Ardal North East and Mynydd Isa take on long-distance travellers West End from South Wales on the weekend of November 1.
