Nomads make another promising signing in goal-getter Anna Marsh

Another promising signing has been made by Connah’s Quay Nomads women with former Wrexham and Airbus UK Broughton player Anna Marsh joining Jordan Parry’s side.

Anna made her breakthrough as an Airbus player at under-16 and U19 level between 2021-22 and 2022-23.

In her first season, she netted 15 goals in 15 matches for the U16s.

The following campaign she stepped up to the under-19s while still remaining an U16 member too, hitting 17 goals in 15 games.

She earned herself a move to Wrexham AFC Women in their first season as a tier 1 Adran Premier club.

Anna notched two goals in her first three outings for Wrexham U19s before making her first team debut as a sub in a 4-0 victory over Briton Ferry Llansawel in the Genero Adran Trophy.

She went on to make five more appearances for the U19s in 2023-24, scoring once.

Now comes a big chance to shine at Tier 2 with Nomads in Genero Adran North.
