Franco Kasner claimed a magnificent season’s best 6-38 as Bangor toppled champions Mochdre last Saturday.
Put into bat by the newly-crowned title winners, the Citizens set 219-7 off 50 overs, Nadeem Rehman top-scoring with 66 and Cian Williams adding 43, Matty Humphreys taking 4-43 for Mochdre.
Kasner’s six-for was well-backed by Smit Parekh’s excellent 3-21 from 10 as the hosts were sent packing for 175, Adam Campion 48, Humphreys 39 and Owen Davies 37.
Although certain to finish bottom, Llandudno boosted their morale with a well-earned three-wicket victory at Ystrad Road.
Invited to bat, Denbigh were dismissed for 162, Sam Lewis 49, Divya Pratap Singh picking up 4-48 and Oliver Hughes 2-18 for the visitors.
Singh also starred with the bat, passing 800 club runs for the season with 50 exactly, his sixth league half-ton this year, while Kai Page finished 49 not out, the top-scoring pair putting on 66 for the fourth wicket.

Gresford hit back with an assured 197-3 off just 34.1, skipper Matthew Thompson a brilliant unbeaten 80, putting on 107 for the third wicket with Joseph Benson (63).
Mathew Ryan scooped a magnificent career best 7-24 for St Asaph in their comfortable six-wicket success at Gwersyllt.

An exciting clash of familiar foes ended in a six-run success for the visitors.
Quay chose to bat and recorded a decent 201 all out, Joshua Clarke 69 and skipper Brody Camp 42, then Pont fell short on 195, Gethin Thomas 56, Camp 3-34.
Table-toppers promotion Marchwiel and Wrexham secured promotion with a comfortable win on Anglesey.

Finley Jones registered a maiden century and career-high 104 not out which inspired Mochdre seconds to victory at Ty Newydd.
Second-place Mochdre posted 198-4 off 40, Zack Coverley retiring out with 35, Michael Hughes 2-13 off eight for the hosts.
Bangor seconds were kept down to 163-7, Mehul Ahir 54, Jamie Davies 33, Alex J Davies 3-35 for the visitors, who took the points 12-3.
Carmel celebrated a five-wicket home win with just a ball to spare.
Corwen decided to bat and came up with a very useful 206-5 from their 40 overs, Tom King 67 not out and skipper Harry Pooler 61, then the hosts hit back with 207-5 off 39.5, Jonathan Fisher 38, Jeivishnu Prithiviraj 34 and Ryan Roberts 34 not out, John Wildman 3-39, Will Pooler 2-31.
One of the lowest-scoring games of the season saw Llanrwst gather maximum spoils.
Pont seconds were put in and blitzed out for just 29, Caron Williams and Robert Parry both 3-6, Dewi Parry 2-1 and Owen Booth 2-10.

Jamie Davies (47), Christopher Dawson (41 no) and Peter Jones (34) combined to help Bangor seconds concoct a winning 185-5, Lee Rowles 3-33 for the visitors, who were dismissed for 120, Ryan Roberts 51, Christopher Dawson 3-13, Gareth Edwards 2-16 and Ollie Dawson 2-24 bowling well for the home side.
