Tier 2 North champions Llandudno begin the 2024-25 season on Sunday with a new manager at the helm.
He is Billy Fuller, who was assistant-boss of the team which lifted the Genero Adran North League championship last season.
Fuller said: “I begrudgingly accepted the role to enable stability. Gutted to have seen Jordan go, however having Jay by my side with similar philosophies will hopefully keep us playing entertaining expansive football.
“Another major factor influencing me to stay was the excellent U17s. How I will measure success this season will be by how many of our junior players can push the senior players and force their way into the first team.
“As a club this is vital for success further down the road and the signs in pre season have been promising.”
The new crop of young talent includes under-17s forward, Angharad Wynne Jones, who has been added to the 24/25 women’s first team squad following a successful pre-season.
She will enter the match day squad for today’s cup clash versus Kinmel Bay.
