Final round of Phase Two fixtures: 18-20 April 2025
Play-Off Quarter-Final: 26 April 2025
Play-Off Semi-Finals: 10-12 May 2025
Play-Off Final: 18 May 2025

JD Cymru North & JD Cymru South
