Ma-Jess-tic! Princess Jess is the Goalden Girl elect awaiting her crown

Jess Jones is a surefire winner of the 2023-24 Goalden Girl competition for North Wales women’s football leading scorer with 46 goals

Jess Jones of Llangefni Town is over the hills and far away where this season’s Goalden Girl competition is concerned.

The 18-year-old hotshot is up to 46 goals with a possible two matches still to play.

If appears five goals have been taken off Denbigh Town pair Ceri Purvis and Beth Kell as Town’s 13-0 Betty Pickering Cup win over Bellevue has been scrapped from the records, following BV’s withdrawal from the competition.

Llandudno’s seven goals scored in their NWCFA Women’s Challenge Cup semi-final against Llanystumdwy have been taken off this list as the tie was awarded to Llanystumdwy after Llandudno were found guilty of fielding an ineligible player.
