Girls and their Goals – you just can’t stop ’em!

Jess Jones of Llangefni Town is still our leading Goalden Girl having found the net a magnificent 33 times this season.

Since our last chart, a lot of clubs have been inactive due to the weather, but there are still some exciting new entries to talk about.

Jini Owen-Hughes, a 17-year-old sensation with CPD Pwllheli, has burst onto the scene with 13 goals, netting in each of her last seven matches.

She is joined on that total by team-mate Lois Thomas, a regular face in the scorers list.

Also great to see Llandudno dazzler Kelsey Davies making her mark with 11 goals so far, one of her best tallies since she joined the club.

And it is delightful to have a Kinmel Bay player also rising up the ranks in Seren Williams, who hit a four-goal haul a fortnight ago and is in double figures for the campaign.

Ella Jones, who not long ago returned for Llandudno after a lengthy injury lay-off, is another we can expect to see shooting up the ladder in weeks to come. The young speedster is on nine goals already.
