Four-some Holywell stormed to the Cymru North summit with a perfect fifth straight win at the expense of a Prestatyn side which had been very much in-form.
Johnny Haseldin’s men maintained their 100 percent league record thanks to three first-half goals and another midway through the second period from Zebb Edwards.
Jake Cooke put the Wellmen one-up after eight minutes.
Cooke dispossessed a defender, picked up the ball on the edge of the box, sprinted forward and his powerful shot beat keeper Michael Jones at his near post.
In the 16th minute, the lead was doubled.
Cooke produced an acrobatic overhead kick to keep the ball in play on the touch line. It found Danny Andrews who laid the ball off across goal and Luke Wiltshire was there to tap home.
A third goal arrived for the visitors in the 32nd minute, Zebb Edwards powerfully heading in from an Andrews corner.
In the 67th minute it was 4-0 to Holywell when Dave Forbes got his head on an Andrews free kick, Jones parried the ball out, but Edwards was there to put away his second and the away side’s fourth.
Prestatyn pressed to try and get at least a consolation goal, but they were unable to get past a solid Wellmen defence.
