Tough away ties for North Wales clubs in FAW Amateur Trophy quarter-finals

The two remaining North Wales teams in the FAW Amateur Trophy have both landed long-distance away journeys in the quarter-finals.

Rhos Aelwyd of tier 3 Ardal North East will travel to Bridgend Street of the fourth-tier South Wales Alliance Premier Division.

Meanwhile, Denbigh Town, of the tier 3 Ardal North West, make the trip to fourth-tier Pill AFC, currently fourth in the Gwent County League Premier Division.

So definitely winnable ties for the northern hopefuls, but the away aspects will make it tough.

FAW AMATEUR TROPHY QUARTER-FINAL DRAW

Bridgend Street v Rhos Aelwyd
Cardiff Corinthians v Llandrindod Wells
Pill AFC v Denbigh Town
Trethomas Bluebirds v Baglan Dragons
Ties will be played on February 18
