Current leaders of tier 5 North Wales Coast West Division One, Cemaes have already beaten Holyhead Town 5-1 in that league this campaign.
Unbeaten runaway leaders of North Wales Coast East Division One, Abergele, will enjoy home advantage over Bangor side Arriva in the last eight.
Bethesda Rovers, who are enjoying a promising second season in Saturday football, face a tough home meeting with Llandudno Amateurs, one of the best performing teams in North Wales Coast East Division One.
Two contrasting clubs meet in the other tie – the vastly experienced Llanfairpwll will entertain Bow, a Prestatyn-based outfit in their debut season in Saturday league football.
