NORTH WALES WOMEN’S LEAGUE – SEPTEMBER 25

Northop Hall 0
CPDM Bangor 1876 6 (M Roberts 2 & 21, E Jones 4 & 5; Allsup 35 & 37)

An emphatic away win against Northop for 1876 with six first half goals courtesy of two each from Ella Jones, Mia Roberts and Jenna Allsup.

Commenting after the game, manager Aron Griffith said: “An excellent performance from the girls yesterday.

“We started the game brilliantly with 3 early goals in a space of 5 minutes. We played to our strengths, our football looked beautiful at times, kept it simple and it paid off. So I’m very proud of the team and that performance from them.

“We’re looking to build on this now and carry it forward to our cup match against Pwllheli next weekend.”
