Who drew who in the Nathaniel MG third round?

GRAPHIC: Gresford Athletic – with thanks

At least one tier 2 Cymru North club is guaranteed a place in the Nathaniel MG Cup quarter-finals after Gresford Athletic and Buckley Town were drawn together in the last 16.

Both sides eliminated Cymru Premier opposition in the last round, Gresford edging past Airbus UK 2-1 and Buckley earning a 1-0 win at Cefn Druids.

The second-tier clubs will clash at Clappers Lane in round three.

Caernarfon Town will host Bala Town in an all-Cymru Premier tussle, while holders Connah’s Quay Nomads will welcome Holywell Town of the Cymru North to Deeside Stadium.

This will be a repeat of last season’s meeting between the teams at the same stage, Nomads beating the Wellmen 4-0 on that occasion.

Ruthin Town of the Cymru North have landed home advantage against top flight side Flint Town United in the last eight.
