Familiar old faces return to action in the North Wales Coast West Football League

Three clubs have been promoted from Division One to the Premier of the North Wales Coast West League for the 2022-23 season.

Llannerchymedd, 2021-22 Division One champions, runners-up Bethesda Athletic and third-place Talysarn Celts all make the step up.

Leaving the Premier are last season’s champions Bodedern Athletic and second-place Bangor 1876, who rise to the tier 3 Ardal North West.

The tier 4 Premier Division line-up for 2022-23 will be (16 teams – new teams in bold)….

Meanwhile, 16 teams will also make up tier 5 Division One.

There are welcome returns to football after short breaks for Arriva Bangor, Bro Goronwy and Trearddur Bay.

Big news from the Bay camp is the re-signing from Bodedern of Asa Thomas, who scored 112 goals for the Anglesey club back in 2010-11 and is on a career mark of 582.
