Adam Campion collected a stunning six-wicket haul as Bay made it two wins out of two to claim early leadership of the Division One table.
Hosts Highfield chose to bat first but were rolled over for just 113, right-arm spinner Campion scooping 6-23 off 12.2 overs.
Bay needed just 24.5 overs to reach 114-3, veteran former skipper Sion Morris with a fine 60 not out, while opener Luke Russell added a useful 27.

An all-rounder named Suleman Khan destroyed Northop Hall with a seven-wicket salvo at Dower House Farm, Wigan.
Khan snared 7-25 off 16.5 overs as the North Wales side were dismissed for 119 chasing 166 for victory.
Promoted Spring View were put into bat and set a modest 165-9 declared off 55 overs, Sri Lankan pro Buddika Madushan making 53 and Khan 33.

Now in his fifth season with Prestatyn, the 39-year-old was on 200 league wickets exactly for the Beach Close club at the start of the current campaign.
He started off with 5-42 in the opening day defeat to Maghull, but was unplayable on Saturday as he captured 7-12 in a total blitzing of Hightown St Mary’s.
Prestatyn were put into bat at Sandy Lane and posted 199-9 declared off 58 overs, opener Andy Taylor hitting 77.
Hightown were then sent packing for just 30, Perera the chief destroyer with 7-12 off 10 overs, while Adam Tidswell took 2-4.
Jamie Moorhouse pocketed five wickets and top-scored with the bat as part of a match-winning partnership in his team’s narrow victory over Northern at Penrhyn Avenue.
The visitors elected to bat, Adam Tweedle making 95 and skipper Benjamin Sloan 53 in a score of 197 all out.
Moorhouse took 5-56 off 15 overs and Matt Russell 2-31.
Bay were 82-6 and 120-8 in response, but then Moorhouse (39 no) and Thomas Omelia (36 no) put on an unbroken stand of 78 for the ninth wicket to the great elation of their team-mates.
Points: 25-9.
Skipper Liam Evans-Ford top scored with 28 as the Hall were dismissed for a disappointing 95 after being put in, Lewis Bamber with 6-17 for the visitors.

Navneet Kaimal poached 4-33, Richard A Williams 3-3 and Jaden Ablett 2-15 as Prestatyn dismissed Hightown for just 101 at Beach Close after inserting their opponents.
