Bethel twice came from behind to round off their debut season in the Genero Adran North with a sixth straight win.
Wednesday night’s clash under floodlights at Treborth saw the maroon and blacks avenge a 1-0 defeat at Pwllheli in January. That was the last time Bethel had lost.
Since then a run of 18 points out of a possible 18 has clinched third spot for the Caernarfon area villagers.
Defender Sioned Bohana gave the visitors a 14th minute lead, but it was not long before the hosts were level.
Good play on the right-hand side led to Shona Roberts laying off to Shannon Jade Jones and she fired home with her right foot.
Slack defending before the break allowed Pwllheli to edge 2-1 up.
Bethel failed to clear and Lois Thomas rounded the keeper before putting away her 14th goal of the season.
The home side knew they needed to raise their game in the second half and did enough to collect the points.
Mari Gibbard beat two defenders down the left and her cross was headed against the bar by Gwenno Bolton, who then nodded the rebound in.
In the 77th minute came the winner.
Gibbard played in a corner, Kelly Jones’ header was blocked, but Fflur Williams was there to tap in goal number 20 of the campaign.
