Bodedern Athletic striker Marc Evans became the first player in North Wales senior football to reach 50 goals for the season at the weekend.

“Logs” netted four times as Bodedern made it 18 straight league wins with a 6-0 caning of Glantraeth.

Evans has notched 27 league goals and 23 in cups for the Anglesey side – just phenomenal.

He is now 12 goals clear at the Bob Brodie Trophy table summit.
