ADRAN 1 – DIVISION 1 (19 Ionawr/Jan 19)

Tim o Walis 24-23 Pwllheli Panthers
(5-8; 12-11; 16-17; 24-23)

Walis had to produce a big last quarter to edge the victory which keeps them top of Division One on goal difference.

Pwllheli Panthers took the opening session 8-5, but Walis fought back to win the second 7-3 and lead 12-11 at half time.

After the third quarter, Panthers were back in front 17-16, but Walis had the better of the last 8-6 to win by just one goal.

Arfon Ladies 32-22 Arfon Celts
(9-7; 17-14; 24-18; 32-22)

Leading just 17-14 at half time, Arfon Ladies bossed the last two sessions 7-4 and 8-4 to run out comfortable winners over Celts.

Dyffryn Ladies 20-16 Menai Mavericks
(4-6; 9-9; 14-12; 20-16)

Dyffryn upped their performance in the second half to run out four-goal winners.

Mavericks won the opener 6-4 and it was 9-9 at the midway stage.

Dyffryn then topped the next two 5-3 and 6-4 to seal the points.

After winning the first quarter 11-2 there was to be no stopping Dolgellau’s victory charge.

Having established a 21-8 lead at the halfway stage there was only going to be one winner – Primos.
