Walis had to produce a big last quarter to edge the victory which keeps them top of Division One on goal difference.
Pwllheli Panthers took the opening session 8-5, but Walis fought back to win the second 7-3 and lead 12-11 at half time.
After the third quarter, Panthers were back in front 17-16, but Walis had the better of the last 8-6 to win by just one goal.
