Dion Donohue showed true class to put Caernarfon on their way to victory with a classic free-kick goal at The Rock last night.
The former Portsmouth and Chesterfield midfielder from Anglesey broke the deadlock at Druids with a magnificent 20-yard strike four minutes before the break.
Town edged closer to another three points a minute into the second half when Noah Edwards latched on to a neat through ball and finished clinically from a slight angle.
And it was three in the 58th minute when a Sion Bradley corner from the left found Bobby Beaumont-Broadhead free to head home.
Phil Mooney pulled one back for the hosts on 73 minutes after his initial effort came back off keeper Jakub Ojrzynski.
Caernarfon had two good penalty shouts turned down, in the first half when Liam Buckley nudged Bradley over just inside the area and then late in the match when Michael Hayes appeared to be clearly tripped near the byline.
Hayes was in the clear late on, but his shot was finger-tipped away for a corner by Michael Jones.
The win ensured the Canaries finish the weekend in the top six.
Flint moved to within a point of second-placed Newtown with an outstanding win on the road at Jenner Park.
Mark Cadwallader scored the only goal four minutes into the second half when he arrived on the scene late to clinically to head home from a Jake Phillips long throw into the box.
