CPD Aberffraw 1 Gwalchmai 0

Gary Bolton scored the only goal as Aberffraw edged the honours in Saturday’s home derby with Gwalchmai.

Bodedern Athletic 8 Llanrug United 0

A sensational 15th straight league win for Bodedern increased their lead at the summit to five points.

Asa Thomas led the way with a hat-trick to boost his goals tally for the season to 37.

Marc Evans struck twice, moving up to 41 goals in all competitions, Sam Gregson added a double and Jordie Murphy was also on the mark.

CPD Gaerwen 0 CPD Penrhyndeudraeth 4

Trystan Davies’ reign as Penrhyndeudraeth manager began in good style with a 4-0 success on Anglesey.

Aaron Griffiths, Kev Lloyd (pen), Steven Jones and an own goal made up the away tally.

CPD Mynydd Llandegai 2 Glantraeth 0

Alwyn Roberts’ net-finder and an own goal secured the points for Llandegai at home to islanders Glantraeth.

David Hayes was man of the match for the home team.

CPD Pwllheli 3 CPD Pentraeth 1

Mark Jones (2) and Gethin Trenholme were on target for Pwllheli in a home win over Pentraeth.

Leon Owen replied for the visitors, who deserved more for their commendable efforts.

DIVISION ONE

Bethesda Athletic 2 Caergybi 0

Pesda extended their lead at the summit to three points with a two-goal success over Caergybi.

Daniel Hughes and Cameron Robertson grabbed the goals for the home side, with Mike Lundstram man of the match.

Bethesda Rovers 2 CPD Mountain Rangers 3

Having led 3-0 at half time, Rangers were happy to hold on for a 3-2 win in the end.

The visitors started brightly in the first half, creating number of chances before a quality cross by Dewi Cooke was well executed by Ben Davies with a sweet right foot volley from 15 yards.

It was 2-0 three minutes later when a ricochet off the post landed in front of captain Tom Philp for his second goal of the campaign.

Dewi Cooke made it 3-0 after a cross from the right, it should have been more before the break as Rangers turned the screw.

After the break Rovers upped their game and it was backs to the wall for Rangers.

The chances still being created were by the away team with woeful finishing.

In the 79th minute, Lewis Jones scored for Bethesda from a through ball and on 85 Rhun Morris made it 3-2 after a fine move.

Rangers then held out for a hard fought three points.

Kaine Bentley and Ian Williams struck twice apiece as Holyhead came out on top in this local derby.

Jack Roberts and Luke Miles hit back for Valley.

Llanfairpwll 1 Bontnewydd 3

Despite Marquis Holland putting Llanfair ahead, Bont rallied to win in the second half courtesy of goals from Alex Kalafusz (2, 1 pen) and Cai Jones.

Llangoed & District 1 Bodorgan 3

Luke Winter, Aaron Jones and Aron Davies (pen) secured the three points for Bodorgan, Matty Owen with a consolation for Llangoed.

CPD Llannerchymedd 1 Cemaes Bay 1

Title challengers Llannerchymedd and Cemaes Bay shared the spoils at Tan Parc.

Gwion Thomas put Llan in front on 28 minutes from the penalty spot, but a last-gasp leveller from Matty Reynolds rescued a point for the visitors.

Llanystumdwy 2 Talysarn Celts 1

Goals from Robert Parry and an 89th minute clincher by Iolo Jones banked the points for Llanystumdwy.

Jac Jones replied in the 31st minute for Talysarn, who had Thomas Usher sent off in the latter stages.

Waunfawr 5 CPD Cefni 2

Dylan Hughes’ double helped Waunfawr to a convincing win over their Anglesey visitors.

Hughes struck on three and 81 minutes for the Beganifs, whose other goals came via Ioan Gwynedd, Meurig Parry and Adam Jones.

Cefni responded through Phillip Davies and Connor Roberts.
