Things looking Rosier for Wrexham’s star striker at the Goalden Girl summit

Emily Jones scored a hat-trick on Sunday to move up to 13 goals for the season

Wrexham’s Rosie Hughes increased her lead at the Goalden Girl table pinnacle to four goals after netting her 25th and 26th of the season in Sunday’s thrilling 5-3 win over Llandudno.

Airbus goal machine Tegan Hewitt moved up to fifth place with a hat-trick in her team’s 3-1 success against Denbigh. Her total is now 14.

Emily Jones of NFA is joint sixth on 13 after hitting a treble in a 6-2 triumph at Bangor 1876, while Tesni Hughes of Amlwch Town roared into double figures by notching five in an 11-1 rout of Welshpool Town.

The ever-consistent Sade Benjamin has also reached two figures, the NFA striker’s goal at 1876 putting her on 10.
