OCTOBER 13

DIVISION ONE

Tim o Walis 21-11 Dolgellau
(9-0; 13-1; 15-6; 21-11)

Tim o Walis are the early leaders of the Division One table on goal difference following this week’s 21-11 win over Dolgellau.
Walis led 13-1 after a first half where they established a commanding lead.
Dolgellau fought back well to win the third quarter 5-2 and narrowly lost the last 6-5.

Pwllheli Panthers 13-12 Dyffryn Ladies
(3-4; 9-7; 10-9; 13-12)

Panthers edged a tight victory over Dyffryn
This one was close all the way through, Dyffryn leading 4-3 after the opener.

Arfon Ladies 25-12 WaliB’s
(9-1; 16-4; 22-8; 25-12)

Arfon comfortably outpointed WaliB’s 25-12, although the losing team did take the final quarter 4-3.

Penygroes Primos 28-8 Llangefni
(5-2; 15-4; 25-6; 28-8)

The scoreline definitely does not reflect how much of a battle this game was.
Possession was only around 55/45 throughout the game to Primos with amazing defence by both teams.
Considering the youth of Llangefni, they are definitely a team of the future.
Ever-smiling Lottie Pleasant was a joy to watch in action for the Anglesey side.

Bethesda were winners in Division Two

Pwllheli Wildcats 19-14 Porthmadog
(4-2; 11-7; 14-11; 19-14)

Despite this being a top versus bottom clash, these two Llŷn Peninsula sides put on a great contest.
Table-toppers Wildcats were always in front, but could never pull totally away from their determined opponents.
