Holywell Town Reserves 8

Report: Steve Roberts

Holywell put eight past Conwy Borough to remain unbeaten in this season’s Reserve League.

Saturday evening’s tussle at Y Morfa saw the Wellmen in total control with goals from Jay Wilkes (3), Aidan Bell (2), Sam Edwards (2) and Kyle Wilkes, as well as another clean sheet for Connor Massey.

Reserves manager Karl Bacon said: “Yet again nothing but positive vibes in our camp. Another week, another game, another win and another three points.

“The lads were superb tonight, every single one of them put a performance in and the score line shows that.

“I couldn’t have asked for any more from the lads, I’m proud of them all.

“Thanks to all the fans who travelled to support us, we all notice you and massively appreciate your support, thank you!”
