CPD Merched Bethel defender Anest Hâf Roberts is 19 today.

Born on September 9, 2002, she is without a doubt one of the finest players in North Wales.

We’ve written a few articles on Anest in the past, so in Grassroots North Wales tradition we will publish a 9 Fab Facts feature (as she was born on the 9th of the 9th) on this tremendous prospect.

1 She shares a birthday with Luca Modric and Julia Sawalha (Saffy from Absolutely Fabulous)

2 Anest won the Welsh Schools FA Under-15 Cup final in 2016-17 with Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen, Caernarfon. She scored in a 1-1 draw and SHO then beat Ysgol Glantaf, Cardiff, on penalties at Park Hall, TNS’s ground
