Plum tie for Ruthin Town in Nathaniel MG Cup against Cymru Premier Canaries

Ruthin Town have landed a plum home tie against Cymru Premier side Caernarfon Town in round two of the Nathaniel MG Cup.

The teams last met in 2017-18, when the Canaries were in the Cymru Alliance.

The Cofis won both league matches 4-0 and 3-0 and went on to lift the title.

Following the first round’s conclusion, the six Cymru South and North sides who received a bye in round one, and the 12 Cymru Premier teams, enter the competition as it gets into full flow for the 2021/22 season.

All round two ties will be played on the weekend of August 6-7.
