Nomads hammered Ruthin Town 9-0 away in the previous round, while Saints whipped Airbus UK Broughton 7-1.
Holywell Town have earned themselves a cracking draw at Cymru Premier side Caernarfon Town. The Wellmen knocked out top-flight Flint Town United in round two, while the Cofis saw off fellow Cymru Premier outfit Colwyn Bay 3-0.
Llandudno, 7-0 victors against Gresford in the last stage, are home to 2015 finalists Denbigh Town in an all-Cymru North encounter, while Newtown will host Bala Town.
