The Welsh side were 190-5 before losing their last five wickets for no additional runs.
Perera then produced marvellous figures of 5-31 as Trinity were dismissed for 160, having been 33-5 at one point.
Skipper Craig Prince’s 80 made a game of it, but Prestatyn prevailed with Sheil Sethi also taking 3-38.
Leaders Ainsdale proved too strong for the Bay.
The hosts set a formidable 233-7 declared, Shubham Ranjane 74 and Stephen Lucas 58, Adam Campion scooping 3-67 off 21 overs for the visitors, Ryan Westwell 2-39.
Bay were bowled out for 170 in reply, skipper George Johansen a spirited 60 off 48 balls including 11 fours, Zack Gidlow with 39.
Hall were up against it after hosts Newton rattled up 239-4 declared, Harrison Jones picking up 2-52 for the visitors.
The away side were then bowled out for 175, Jac Kennedy 50, Jones 41, Jamie Hodgson 32 and young Joshua Leach a first-team league best 25.
Match-winning knocks of 75 from captain Liam Evans-Ford and 68 by Nish Adke guided the Hall to an emphatic six-wicket success at Smithy Lane.
The hosts limited Highfield to 203-6 off 45 overs, Rutujay Chawda taking 3-46 and Adke 2-38.
Hall got home on 206-4 in 44.4 overs, those innings from Evans-Ford and Adke proving key.
