Llandudno ladies record a great win in North Wales Cricket League

In the final report on last weekend’s action, we highlight a great win for Llandudno over Northop.

Captain Laura Lambe maintained her great form by scoring 20 in Llandudno’s excellent win over Northop on Sunday.

The Flintshire side were put into bat and posted 87-3 off their 16 overs.

Jane Williams (16), Alyson Oates (13) and Bella Williams (9) were the leading scorers.

Emma Hogg, Erin Deering and Bella Russell claimed a wicket each for Tudno.

Llandudno responded with 106-4 to register a 14-run victory.

Laura Lambe – great to see that surname still going strong in Llandudno cricket – led the way with her top-score, Bella Russell added 15 and Sophie Deering 10.

For Northop, Lynsey Roberts picked up 2-7, Bella Williams and Lynne McAlpine with a wicket each.
