The shape of North Wales women’s football for the season ahead will be much clearer next week.
The FAW will announce on Monday which eight clubs will play in Tier 2 North in 2021-22.
Twelve northern clubs passed the first stage of the licensing process. Which eight make it into Tier 2 will depend on how they rated in stage two.
The 12 hopefuls were asked to present their Development Plans, to help panelists understand how the club will be, and continue to be, competitive in the relevant league and how they will contribute to the continued growth of female football in Wales.
Each club was asked to address a panel of FAW staff and independent experts.
