The Dragonhearts train every Thursday on the Coronation Gardens, Rhyl, between 7 pm and 8.30 pm. New players are always welcome.
This is their message: “It doesn’t matter if you have never kicked a ball in your life, or if you just want to get back into the sport after some time away.
“We welcome all mums, aunties, nannas, friends & all ladies (age 18-100+) who want to give football a go!
Recreational football is all about enjoyment and being inclusive.
“There are no predetermined expectations or standards to reach. There is no pressure on anyone, it’s a time for you to shut off from the outside world, take time for yourself and enjoy a new sport.
“After over a year of not being able to socialise, struggling to motivate yourself, being stuck inside and just not having the best time, why not get out, get fit and just enjoy the fresh air. Take this time for YOU!”
Please get in touch with Dragonhearts FC on Facebook if you’re interested.
