This weekend’s first round of the 2020-21 FAW Under-16 Girls Cup offers the thrilling prospect of a local derby between Bangor 1876 and Caernarfon Town.
Town were winners of the cup in 2013-14, while 1876 are newcomers to the national knockout.
Meanwhile, 2018-19 cup lifters Penrhyn Bay have landed a home meeting with Bethel.
Round one matches will take place this Sunday, April 11, with kick-off times 2 pm.
With recent confirmation that organised outdoor activities for U-18’s can commence following easing of restrictions by the Welsh Government, the much-awaited FAW Under-16 Girls Cup draw took place on Thursday, April 1.
