Tom Roberts (Caergybi to Trearddur Bay Bulls)

A player of proven pedigree joins Derek Thomas’ new-look Trearddur squad.

Roberts led Holyhead Town to Anglesey League and Gwynedd League titles in 2016/17 and 2017/18, as well as five trophies in all.

An inspirational figure who can be relied upon to get his share of goals.

Sam Gostage (Cefn Mawr Rangers to Saltney Town)

Winger Gostage joins the Bordermen from Cefn Mawr Rangers.

He arrives on the back of a successful season with his previous club where he picked up both the Players Player and Managers Player of the Season awards.

Sam is keen to take the step up to Tier 3 and make his mark.

He said: “I’m really excited to take on the new challenge and to have signed for Saltney. The hard work has started already with what is a talented squad who are hungry and up for the new season when it can begin.”

Kieran Weeks (Caergybi to CPD Gwalchmai)

Excellent young keeper who has starred for Caergybi in recent seasons, becoming well-known for his penalty-saving ability.

Now joins an ever-growing Gwalchmai squad.

Chris Bishop (Oswestry Town to Chirk Town)

On his day Bishop is one of the best strikers in the area.

He joins Chirk Town from Oswestry Town having had spells with Morda United, St Martins, Guilsfield and Four Crosses.

Justin Williams (to Holyhead Town)

Williams has been training over the last couple of weeks with the Harbourmen and has looked sharp.

Managers Mark Owen and David Jones have acted quickly to get Justin to sign.

The player has been out of the game for a couple of years but is well known to David Jones, who has managed Justin on a number of occasions in the past. Williams will be a valuable asset in midfield this season.

Unfortunately, due to coaching commitments at Porthmadog Reserves, Sion Jones has decided he no longer able to come on board at Town this season. In addition, Luke Jones has decided to move on

Ry Lees (Llangefni Town to Trearddur Bay Bulls)

Lees needs no introduction, having won the Welsh Alliance Division One title with Trearddur Bay United in 2015-16.

Centre midfielder Ry is the the type of player needed to compete at tier 4 and above.

Bulls manager Derek Thomas was keen on signing Ry after working with him last season at Holyhead Town and knows exactly what he can offer the team.

Dan Lloyd (Denbigh Town to CPD Y Rhyl 1879)

Lloyd joins phoenix club 1879 from Denbigh Town.

He is an attacking left back who is seen as a great addition the squad.

1879 manager Gareth Thomas said: “I’m delighted to get Dan in having worked with him previously. Once I knew Dan was available it was a no brainer to bring him to CPD Y Rhyl 1879.”
