Newyddion gwych fod Lee ‘Dic’ Jones a Connor Gordon yn arwyddo i’r CPD Aberffraw.
Y ddau wedi achosi trafferthion i ni dros y blynyddoedd yn chwarae i CPD Gaerwen, lle’r oedd Lee yn chwaraewr rheolwr.
Croeso mawr i’r ddau, ac fe edrychwn ymlaen at eu gweld yn chwarae i ni tymor nesaf!
Double delight as Lee ‘Dic’ Jones and Connor Gordon sign for Aberffraw FC. Both have been a thorn in Berffro’s side over the years playing for Gaerwen, where Lee was player manager.
Dic is a centre-half or centre-mid, while Connor is centre-mid or anywhere on the front line, having notched more than a few handy goals over the years for the likes of Llangefni Town and Trearddur Bay, as well as Gaerwen.
Rumour has it there is a banner going up in Berffro as you enter the village “Big Dic is back in town”.
The support in the village remains second to none for this great club.
Adam is a left back with Cymru Alliance experience.
Llandyrnog manager Jimmy McNally sees him a huge addition to the squad for the forthcoming campaign.
Former Rhos player Court returns to the club after a spell with Llandudno Amateurs where he aimed to test himself in higher leagues.
It worked well as he won the Vale of Clwyd and Conwy Premier Division with Sandy Malone’s side and then played for the same club in Welsh Alliance Division Two, scoring some vital goals.
Rhos joint-manager Bret Durkan said: “Obviously we never know what could have been, but to win games you need to score goals.
“Last season we didn’t have enough firepower up front to win many games, Scott Court brings goals and energy – something every team wants and craves.
“I’m excited to work with Scotty and hope to get the best out of him.”
Callum is a versatile defender who will bring bags of energy and calmness to the Park defence.
Quick and never afraid of a tackle.
Proven goal scorer who will be looking to make his mark up front for Sychdyn in the 2020-21 season.
Superb defender expected to add plenty of steel at the back for a new-look Sychdyn in the tier 5 North East Wales League Championship.
Former Flint and Rhydymwyn forward Matty Hill is a new face at Cymru North club Ruthin Town for the 2020-21 season.
Town’s new management duo Phil Hudson and Tommy Holmes are delighted to get Hill on board.
The player said: “I’m really looking forward to the challenge ahead this season and can’t wait to get going with a great bunch of lads!”
Farren joins North East Wales League Championship outfit Caerwys from Holywell Town having previously played at Airbus too.
Caerwys manager Jordan Hadaway said: “Ethan will bring great energy and strength to the side. We are delighted that he has signed for us and can’t wait to see him in action.”
Experienced full-back Nic Blythin has signed for Caerwys for the 2020-21 campaign.
He joins the club as a free agent after stints at New Brighton Villa and Mostyn Dragons.
“Nic will bring vast experience at this level for our push for promotion,” said Caerwys manager Jordan Hadaway.
