CPD Llannerchymedd have recruited two quality defenders as part of their summer rebuild.

Right-back Dylan Owen left the Medd for a season to represent CPD Gwalchmai last term, but has now returned to Tan Parc.

And centre-back Hari Jones, a Trearddur Bay Bulls player in 2019-20, has also signed for Llan.

Jones is another player on his way back to the Medd.

He first joined Llan during the 2013/14 season from Pentraeth.

Brilliant in the air and reading the game well, he is also very consistent.

In his first campaign at Tan Parc, Hari won the Gwynedd League treble of league title, Bob Owen Memorial Shield and Safeflue Shield. Dylan was in the same squad.

A Llannerchymedd club statement said: “Both players play a no-nonsense game and always give 110% in each and every match.”

The Medd have now made nine new signings in a matter of days, with two players from last season re-committing for 2020-21.

However, official confirmation is still awaited on who will manage the club this season.
