Everyone has a ‘roll’ to play in this female football production!

These fun-loving Llanberis girls want to make a difference

Women’s teams throughout the North Wales Football League are being urged to join forces in a massive video-making project.

Llanberis Ladies want as many players as possible to take on a ‘roll’ in their production.

The Darans girls have made a short video of their players showing their skills in passing on a toilet roll via a series of combined clips of kicks.

Rather than keep it as a one-club thing, they want all teams in the league to make a similar video and then combine them all together in one huge ‘rollout’.

The idea of such videos has snowballed due to the current postponement of football worldwide because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Some girls have produced videos of passing on a ball, while the latest craze has been the round object being replaced by a toilet roll.

This particular Llanberis-led project will all be done in the name of our wonderful National Health Service.

So any sort of NHS recognition, via a badge or visible message on each clip would be desirable.

If you are part of a North Wales women’s football team and want more details on how to join in, contact the Facebook pages for CPD Merched Llanberis / Llanberis Ladies FC or Llanberis player Charley Davies.

These pages should be quite easy to find.
