Brymbo and Llandudno Albion have both landed home ties, against Penydarren BGC and Risca respectively, while Denbigh Town will visit Baglan Dragons.
In the other last eight clash, Llanrwst United or Holyhead Hotspur, due to play their postponed clash this Saturday, will make the journey to Welshpool Town.
Brymbo, from the Welsh National League Premier Division, eliminated Nantlle Vale 3-1 on Saturday, while Albion emerged winners on penalties at Berriew following a 1-1 draw.
Denbigh Town edged a 2-1 win over Rhos Aelwyd at the weekend, both goals coming from skipper Mark Roberts.
