Arran and Menai Mavericks maintained their strong starts to the Gwynedd and Anglesey Winter Netball League season by winning their respective Division One matches on Wednesday night.
Leading 12-9 at half time, Arran went on to defeat Primos 23-15, while Mavericks proved too strong in the end for Walis, eventually winning 32-17 despite being held 10-10 at half time.
Just two matches went ahead in Division Two on Tuesday, the best of which seeing Pwllheli Subway Warriors produce a big last quarter to pip WaliB’s 28-27.
