Please tell us which clubs you have played for

Llangefni Town, Bodedern, Glantraeth, Gwalchmai

How do you feel Gwalchmai FC have started the current season?

Very inconsistent. We’re a largely new squad trying to find the right balance, but I think by November we’ll see a settled squad and team.

What do you think the team is capable of achieving this season?

Hopefully get a cup and finish as high up in the league (Welsh Alliance Division Two) as possible

Which team you have played so far this season has impressed you the most?

Llannefydd away – we lost 7-2 and it could have been 20-4 if I’m honest – quality side

What honours have you won in the game?

Cymru Alliance runners-up, which was a disappointment with Llangefni as we should have won the league. Won the Welsh Alliance and Gwynedd League titles and plenty of cups. I’ve had a decent career in the game.

Best game ever played in?

I’ve played in a lot of memorable games but probably the best was when I played for Bodedern against Llangefni. We won 3-2, I scored a hat-trick. It was my first time playing against my home team as I had played for them all my life so was a bitter sweet moment.

Hardest opponent faced?

Joleon Lescott for Llangefni against Wolves just because he lived the dream, didn’t think much of him on the day though lol

Most talented team-mate played alongside?

Paul Bryant. Played most of my career with him; nightmare on the pitch, wanted everything perfect, he was more demanding than my wife lol but off the pitch you couldn’t meet a better person. Top man, top player – the guv!!

Who do you see as potential champions of Welsh Alliance Division Two this season?

Llannefydd manager Gwyndaf Pritchard

Llannefydd if they fancy travelling to the island seven times.

What else would you like to achieve in the game before you retire?

Corey in action for Gwalchmai against Llanfairpwll in 2014/15

To get Gwalchmai into the next division up, but most of all to save Craig Evans, Gaz Wyn and Dyfed Bins’ job haha.

RANDOM QUESTIONS…….

Best country visited?

Cyprus. Was my best mate Dave Bach’s wedding so I have to say that lol

Finest after-match venue?

George Boded for many reasons

If you could bring any old TV programme back, what would it be?

Fraggle Rock ha ha

Have any members of your family achieved anything notable in sport?

My father played for Bangor City and was a scratch golfer

What item of importance to you could you survive without for the least time?

My fridge, cos it holds my beer ha ha

Who’s the funniest character in the dressing room at Gwalchmai?

Myself of course lol

Were you surprised that Ynys Mon men won the Inter-Island Games football tournament this year? Or did you expect them to do it?

Knowing a lot of the players and management no I wasn’t fair play to them. Hell of an achievement and week I bet

How do you feel Ryan Giggs is performing so far as Wales manager?

Very disappointed in Giggsy to be honest. He’s got our best pool of players to date, but don’t think he knows what to do with them. Giggs Out I’m sorry to say!!!

How have you adapted to fatherhood?

I’m still working on that haha but I’m loving every minute

Who is your favourite all-time boxer and why?

Ricky Hatton. Love boxing, love The Hitman. Watched him from when he was an amateur, his body shots were unreal, always on the front foot and loved a beer. What wasn’t there to like lol
