NOVIRA CYMRU PREMIER LEAGUE

Airbus UK Broughton 2 Ammanford 0

Airbus made it two wins in three starts since their promotion back to the Cymru Premier with a 2-0 success over top-flight first-timers Ammanford on Friday night.
Jordan Evans put Mark Allen’s side in front with a wonderful strike in the 11th minute and the points were sealed on 83 when George Peers converted a penalty.

Cambrian United 1 Flint Town United 0

A controversial penalty seven minutes from time decided this game in favour of the hosts.
Both keepers had performed well and the game looked set to finish 0-0 when a contentious spot-kick was awarded to Cambrian which Liam Eason converted to bank a first three points for the Premier new boys.

Connah’s Quay Nomads 6 Trefelin BGC 0

There was no stopping Nomads at the Essity, where new signing Joseph Simatupang-Ferguson notched a hat-trick for John Disney’s side.
Simatupang-Ferguson netted on 14 and 56 minutes before completing his treble with a penalty after 83.
Hussein Mehasseb scored on 20 and 54 before Harry Franklin rounded off the scoring in stoppage time after the 90.

Llandudno 3 Holywell Town 1

Three wins out of three for Llandudno who enjoy the early leadership of the Cymru Premier table.
Last season’s Cymru North champions have hit the ground running in the top tier, but they needed two late goals to see off the battling 10 men of Holywell on Friday.
Kieran Smith handed Tudno a 31st minute lead before Mark Winslade levelled on 44, but the Wellmen suffered a big blow when Danny Sullivan was red-carded in first half added time.
Still it remained 1-1 until the 90th minute, when Mark Cadwallader edged the Seasiders in front, then Callum Stephens made it 3-1 with 93 on the clock.

NOVIRA CYMRU NORTH

The long wait goes on for Denbigh Town…..
Friday night’s Vale of Clwyd derby at the Memorial Playing Fields saw Ruthin stretch an unbeaten home run over their local rivals to 14 league matches going back 29 years.
Not since September 1997 have Denbigh managed a victory t Ruthin. The blues have won nine and drawn five of their home clashes with the reds since then.
And after a goalless first half in their latest tussle, Ruthin took command in the second period on Friday, Thomas Mann breaking the deadlock on 57 minutes before Noah Sumner doubled the home lead from close range after 65.
Alfie Vaughan soon pulled one back but that was the end of the scoring.

FAW NATIONAL RESERVE LEAGUE NORTH

Dinas Bangor City 1876 Dan/Under 21 7 NFA Under-21s 0

Sam Parry scored a fantastic five goals for Bangor under-21s in their thumping victory over NFA on Friday.
A summer signing from Llandudno, the 18-year-old Parry found the net on 31, 45+2, 59, 61 and 70 minutes, Harlee Forward and captain Elliot Sanders-Shears also on the martk for the dominant Citizens.

LOCK STOCK ARDAL NORTH EAST

Llanrhaeadr ym Mochnant 5 Carno 0

An emphatic win for Llanrhaeadr was sealed through doubles from Evan Roberts and Will Howard, plus a Max Evans single.

LOCK STOCK ARDAL NORTH WEST

NFA 0 Prestatyn Town 1

A 43rd minute header from James Jones was enough to secure the win which put undefeated Prestatyn top of the Ardal North West table.
A separate report on this dour derby at Ffordd Derwen was carried by Grassroots North Wales earlier on Friday night.

NORTH WALES COAST WEST PREMIER DIVISION

Cemaes Bay 5 Bontnewydd 0

Ruthless stuff from unbeaten Cemaes.
Cian Owen (2, 1 pen), Luke McKittrick, Ryan Folksman and sub Luke McGivern shared the goals which saw off Bontnewydd at School Lane.

NORTH EAST WALES TROPHY – LEAGUE PHASE

Mynydd Isa Colts 0 Llay Welfare Reserves 1

Sub Jack Edwards provided the 65th minute goal which was enough to earn Llay victory at Argoed SSC.

AFC Weston Rhyn 0 Overton Recreational 4

Harry Massey plundered a hat-trick as Overton comfortably secured the spoils at Vicarage Lane on Friday.
Massey found the net on 30, 45+1 and 79 before veteran sub Alan Huxley added a fourth for the visitors.
