One North Wales side will definitely compete in this season’s Dragon Signs FAW Amateur Trophy Final.
In this afternoon’s semi-final draw, the winner of the Penmaenmawr Phoenix v CPD Llannefydd quarter-final landed a home tie against the victor of CPD Dinas Bangor City 1876 v Llangefni Town in the last four.
Bangor host Llangefni tonight (Wednesday, 7.30 pm), while Penmaenmawr are home to Llannefydd on Saturday, the original tie at Cae Sling last weekend having been abandoned in the second half due to the rain’s effect on the pitch.
In the other semi, Pontardawe Town, the only side definitely into the penultimate round, travel to either Bridgend Street or Porthcawl Town Athletic, who play their outstanding quarter-final on Saturday.
The semis will take place between March 20-22.
The final will definitely be a North v South affair.
