Foresters complete the perfect 10 straight victories

Wrexham Foresters: “Massive thank you to Lex FC for the hospitality, and our sponsor in the crowd, Clara from Zebra Marketing and Communictions”

CENTRAL WALES NORTH LADIES LEAGUE – FEBRUARY 15, 2026

Wrexham Foresters 9 Welshpool Town 0

Playing their first game in three weeks, Wrexham Foresters certainly showed no rustiness in their nine-goal victory over Welshpool.

Top-scorer Kirstie Kural actually started in goal as she was carrying a calf injury, but still managed to register on the scoresheet with a 38th minute penalty.

Savannah Miller, Anna Thomas and Keri Sampson were all on target before Kural struck from the spot.

Before half time, Thomas notched her second and 25th goal of the season and Louise Wilson also found the net to make it 6-0 at the break.

In the second half, Kural became an outfielder and before the hour she was celebrating her 11th hat-trick of the campaign.

Goal one, via a Thomas assist, on 49 minutes was the player-manager’s 50th of the season in just her 13th appearance.

And the England Futsal international soon beat the keeper again to make it a treble, this time Miller the supplier.

Sampson made it a personal double before the end.

That makes it a perfect 10 out of 10 for the Foresters this term, with 113 goals scored and just four conceded.

Next on the schedule is a home game against Northop Hall on Sunday, February 22.

  • With 140 goals scored in 14 league and cup matches, Foresters are averaging exactly 10 goals per game.
