Penblwydd hapus-Happy birthday to reigning North Wales senior football golden boot holder Meilir Williams.
CPD Llanuwchllyn’s prolific marksman is 29 today, having been born on November 20, 1996.
Wherever he has played throughout his career, Meilir has piled up the goals.
The Blaenau Ffestiniog based front man started out at Bala Town and has gone on to represent Penrhyndeudraeth, Porthmadog, Blaenau Amateurs, Conwy Borough and Llanuwchllyn.
Scorer of 340 senior goals in his career so far, Meilir was North Wales football’s leading marksman in 2024-25 with 49 goals for Tier 3 Ardal North East club Llanuwchllyn. He passed the 100-goal mark for Llan earlier this season.
Meilir was crowned Ardal North East Player of the Season for 2024-25.
