NORTH EAST WALES LEAGUE ROUND UP – SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15

It was raining goals at Aston Park with the hosts now sitting on top of the Trophy table on goal difference. Holywell United and Johnstown picked up their first wins in the competition.

Broughton United stretched their lead at the top of Division One, with Coedpoeth United now joining Hawarden in joint second place. (Match report to follow)

Penycae Reserves closed the gap at the top of Reserve Division One to just three points and still have games in hand on the top two.

FC Queen’s Park Reserves returned to top spot in Division Two after today’s results and the prolific Sean Humphreys struck his 16th of the season to extend his lead in the scoring charts.
