The draw for the first round of the JD Welsh Cup will take place on Thursday, August 28, from 8 pm to be shown live on the FAW website Red Wall +.
Welsh Cup round one ties will take place on the weekend of September 19-21.
Teams in Tier 2 enter the competition at this stage, although some Cymru North clubs will receive byes depending on their league positions last season.
No doubt the likes of second qualifying round giant-killers Broughton United and Sychdyn United will be ultra-keen to know who they face next.
Thursday’s programme will also feature the draw for the Bute Energy Women’s Welsh Cup qualifying round one.
All these games will be played on Sunday, September 21.
