Welsh Cup and FAW Amateur Trophy draws will BOTH be made on Wednesday evening – here’s the details and club numbers

The FAW Cup Draw show will be broadcast on RedWall+ at 8pm on Wednesday 6 August.

The programme will feature the Second Qualifying Round draw for the JD Welsh Cup, Round One draw for the Dragon Signs Amateur Trophy and the Qualifying Round draw for the FAW Youth Cup.

The ball numbers for each draw are as follows.

JD Welsh Cup

This round will consist of the 114 winners from Qualifying Round 1. No new teams will enter at this stage. The teams will be split into Northern and Southern sections.

The Northern section will consist of 50 Clubs while the Southern section will consist of 64 Clubs.

Dragon Signs Amateur Trophy

121 winners from Qualifying Round 1 will be joined at this stage by the 7 teams who received byes, including last season’s semi-finalists.

The teams will be split into Northern and Southern sections. There will be 54 teams in the Northern section and 74 in the Southern section. The Northern section will be drawn first and the Southern section will be drawn second.
