Premier Division

CPD Llannerchymedd 4 Bethesda Athletic 3

Bethesda suffered their first league defeat of the season at the hands of a promising young Llannerchymedd side which has threatened a result like this for some time.

Pesda now trail new leaders Cemaes Bay by four points although they do have three games in hand.

The visitors led 2-0 at half time on Saturday, Cian Williams and captain Osian Hughes on target.

The picture changed in the second period, Callum Roberts pulled one back before goals in quick succession from Arden Gisbourne (pen) and Chris Bennett put Medd 3-2 up with 62 played.

Joe Todd equalised, but the on-fire Gisbourne grabbed the 80th minute winner – his 20th goal of the camoaign.

Aberffraw 0 CPD Boded 2

Third-place Boded made it 13 league matches unbeaten – 10 wins – as they stayed in touch with the leaders after a two-goal triumph at Cae Cynlas.

Justin Williams broke the deadlock on 14 minutes, but it was not until the very end of the game that the visitors could afford to relax when Casey Boylan added their second.

Cemaes Bay 3 Mynydd Llandegai 0

Ryan Folksman, Luke McGivern and Iolo Hughes shared the goals which put Cemaes four points clear at the summit.

Glantraeth 6 CPD Pentraeth 0

A first win in 13 games was achieved with some pizazz by Glantraeth, Andy Clarke leading the charge with a hat-trick, including a penalty.

Ashley Davies, Arwel Williams and Steven Jones added singles for the hosts.

Gwalchmai 4 CPD Penrhyndeudraeth 1

Asa Thomas had previously netted 727 career goals, but before Saturday he had not got off the mark for new club Gwalchmai.

That all changed, however, with a magnificent 90th minute free kick from Thomas which sealed a superb 4-1 success for Craig Evans’ side.

Ieuan Jones, Marc Evans and Dion Jones were also on target for the home team, Cian Pritchard responding for Penrhyn.

CPD Llanberis 2 Bontnewydd 1

Peter Mansoor and Ben Jones pocketed the goals which earned the points for the Darans, Alex Kalafusz the Bont hitman.

Llanrug United 0 CPD Nefyn United 0

Nothing separating these rivals, who sit eighth and sixth respectively un the table.

Talysatn Celts 5 CPD Llanystumdwy 3

An eight-goal stormer went Talysarn’s way, Glyn Hughes-Thomas (2), Jac Pearce Jones, Gethin Jones and Luke Baum guiding the hosts to the points,

Celts led 5-0 before Guto Griffith, Arwyn Jones and Owen Pritchard provided late replies for the visitors.

Division One

Amlwch Town 0 Caergybi 3

Glenn North, Ash Beck and Louis Chapman notched the goals as Caergybi edged up to second with a fine win at Lon Bach.

Bethesda Rovers 1 CPD Mountain Rangers 2

Sub Joshua Williams and Dion Jones were the Rangers net-finders in an away win at Penrhiw, Adrian Roberts having handed Rovers an early lead.

CPD Cefni 2 Llangoed & District 4

Llangoed sit third after their latest success, Llion Roberts, Nathaniel Evans, Marquis Holland and Carwyn Williams their scorers at Cefni, captain Jamie Patterson with a double for the Isgraig men.

CPD Gaerwen 3 Valley Seniors 1

Calum Thomas is up to 20 goals for the season after his double for 10-man Gaerwen helped sink Valley.

Jay Finter also converted a spot kick for the hosts, who had Brooklyn Jones red-carded in the first half with the score 0-0.

Luke Brown replied for Valley late in the second half.

Holyhead Town 5 CPD Deiniolen 3

Callum Queen (pen), Andy Will, Aneurin Saunderson, Adam Morris and sub Dave Williams split the goals in a great victory for Caergybi.

Cian Pleming scored and was shown a red card for the visitors, Sion Foulkes and Ethan Kiernan also on the scoresheet.

Llanfairpwll 0 Blaenau Ffestiniog Amateurs 1

Leaders Blaenau remain a point clear after a narrow victory at fellow title hopefuls Llanfairpwll.

Cai Lloyd Price bagged the only goal on 81 minutes.
