Leaders Phoenix produced a stunning comeback from 3-1 down to claim victory and extend their advantage at the summit to six points.
After taking an early lead through Harry Benjamin, Pen found themselves 3-1 down after 55 minutes, Efan Davies (2) and Steffan Jones (penalty) with the Henllan goals.
However, some inspired substitutions saw Phoenix claw themselves back into the game via goals from Benjamin (63 mins) and Billy Sieben (82)
And on his return to the team after injury, captain Allen Padua scored the winner with an amazing finish on 87.
A dozen for Y Glannau with Louis Gizzi (4), Connor Helleur (3), Brychan Rhys-Williams (2), Andrew George, Shane Evans and sub Matthew Davies sharing the goals.
Daniel Cunnah netted one in reply for Wanderers.
In stormy conditions Trearddur Bay chalked up the win which moved them three points clear at the West division peak.
The Anglesey hosts worked hard on Sunday morning getting the pitch ready with head groundsman Neil Jones doing a superb job.
Unfortunately the wind decided to rise, making for a difficult game for both teams.
Bay decided to go with the wind first half and scored all five of their goals.
Harri Hughes made it 1-0 on nine minutes from an assist by Lennon Owen, who scored the second himself, helped by Morgan Rowlands.
Another Morgan Rowlands assist enabled Jenson Rowlands to make it three on 25.
Cameron Buckley and Thomas Lennon also made the scoresheet before the break.
In the second half Bay were against the wind and tried to play football, but it simply became a case of not conceding in stormy conditions.
